My name is Sra. Anjélica Martinez and I will be your child’s teacher for the 2012/2013 school year. Let me be one of the first to congratulate you on choosing this unique program. Yo soy la Sra. Anjélica Martinez y seré la maestra de su hijo/a este año escolar. Quiero ser la primera en darles las felicitaciones en escoger este programa tan especial. Han hecho una decisión excelente en la educación de su hijo/a. Espero un año escolar muy exitoso, divertido y memorable.
HORARIO/ SCHEDULE
La escuela empieza a las 8:00am en punto. Todos los niños de Kinder necesitan formarse en el patio de Kinder. Si los niños llegan antes de las 8:00am, deben de escribir su nombre en el mensaje de la mañana, (localizado enfrente del salón en el escritorio individual) colgar su mochila y formarse en el patio de Kinder. Una maestra estará supervisando a los niños a las 7:45am. Favor de no dejar a sus hijos sin supervisión antes de este horario. Por razones de seguridad no debe de haber ningún estudiante jugando en el patio de recreo de Kinder.
Los niños salen a las 2:20pm excepto los martes. Cada martes es día corto entonces, los niños salen a la 1:00pm. Los niños serán despedidos afuera de la puerta del salón uno por uno. Cada estudiante será entregado a sus padres o adultos mayores de 18 años anotados en la tarjeta de emergencia autorizados a recogerlos (ej. niñera, vecino, YMCA). Favor de avisarme si alguien diferente va a recoger a su hijo/a. Necesito una nota o mensaje oral para poder despedir a su hijo/a.
School begins promptly at 8:00am. All Kinder students are to line up in the Kinder playground. If students arrive before 8:00am, they are to sign in on the morning message board (located in front of the classroom on the individual student desk), hang up their backpack, and line up in the Kinder playground. A teacher will begin supervising at 7:45am. Please do not leave your children unattended prior to this time. For safety reasons, there are to be no students playing on the playground or blacktop before school.
Dismissal is at 2:20pm except for Tuesday’s. Tuesday’s are early out days and the children are dismissed at 1:00pm.Each day the students will be dismissed one by one outside the classroom door. The children will be released to the parent(s) or any authorized adult over the age of 18 that is on the emergency card (ex. babysitter, nanny, neighbor, YMCA). Please notify me if someone different will be picking up your child. I must have written or verbal consent in order to release your child. In case you are running late, I will walk children up to the front office to picked up there.
